I LOVE St. Patricks Day! The music, the food, the green, shamrocks and the Irish traditions. I am Irish to the core. I would love to see Ireland some day but until that day comes...I get to live vicariously through St. Patty's Day! My Mom made Corned beef and Cabbage, Irish Soda bread and some delicious lucky potatoes this year. It was wonderful! Tyler even enjoyed all of it. The kids still need to get used to the new flavors though. So raise your glass of Guinness and repeat after me...as mom would say... in your best Irish accent. “Wherever you go and whatever you do, May the luck of the Irish be there with you”
